Residential Conveyancing Locum

Our Private Practice client in the East Riding of Yorkshire requires a Locum within their Residential Conveyancing team to provide temporary cover for at least a one month period with the chance of extension.

The successful candidate will have experience dealing with the following:

• A caseload of around 100 freeholds, leaseholds, sales and purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownerships and new builds
• Post completion matters for more complex files
• Handling own title checks
• Handling re-mortgages, right-to-buys and buy-to-lets
• Checking contract papers, raising enquiries and checking searches

Previous experience dealing with a Residential Conveyancing caseload is essential. The successful candidate will ideally be a Qualified Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive, but applications will be considered by candidates Qualified by experience.
