Your new role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a In House Commercial Counsel, positioned within the Legal team reporting into the CFO. The responsibilities of the role are to support the business in managing, negotiating and closing contracts across the region in which they operate. You will draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial documents encompassing; Statements of Work, agreements and amendments for domestic and international services transactions, including Statements of Work relating to cloud services, SaaS, consulting/implementation services, maintenance agreements and renewals, software license agreements and non-disclosure agreements maintain up to date knowledge of legal issues pertaining to software implementation, licensing, and cloud transactions.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven commercial contracts experience as an In-house Commercial Counsel is required. Software licensing/services contracts experience is a must for this job. This is a front line role and requires a commercially minded and motivated individual, who will communicate with and act as a liaison to the services, sales, revenue recognition, and senior executive management teams. You will have good time management skills and an eye for detail to ensure clients benefit from seamless transactions. BS/BA Degree or equivalent (MS/MBA preferred).
