Paralegal - Global Entity Services

Paralegal - Global Entity Services - permanent, full time position in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining entity related data by reviewing legal documents, bylaws agreements, charters, resolutions from various jurisdictions including Cayman, Luxembourg, Singapore, Ireland, England and Wales
• Experience reviewing complex organisational charts and managing the formation process

Requirements:

• A legal degree or qualification; ideally LLB or LPC
• Minimum eight years relevant experience in corporate secretarial or entity management role within a law firm or professional services company with a private equity focus
• Must be highly efficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ideally someone that has used an entity management system

Salary is US$70-100k DOE plus 4 weeks vacation (pro rated), health insurance and pension plan as per Cayman Islands law
