UP TO £40,000 DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE

Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor looking for a new opportunity in the Southampton area? If so - this long established and ambitious firm has the opportunity for you.

Our client is a well-regarded practice offering a wide range of services to the businesses and individuals in the local community. Due to increased workload, a new role for an Employment Solicitor has arisen.

The ideal Employment Solicitor candidate will:

- Have at least 2 years’ recent experience handling their own caseload of Employment files (essential)
- Be able to demonstrate some recent knowledge of current legislation
- Be a confident, technically strong practitioner, able to hit the ground running

This Employment Solicitor role will be a mixture of respondent and claimant matters. Typical matters include:

- Settlement agreements, employment contracts, policies, performance and absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, restructuring and redundancies
- Tribunal cases and High Court litigation

Applications are invited from experienced Employment Solicitors looking to join this successful and expanding team, ideally at 2-4 years’ PQE, though more experienced candidates will also be considered.
