A leading City firm are looking to add to their very successful corporate team.

This is an opening with an international firm with over 100 Partners and 800 staff. If you are looking for a chance to make a move into a progressive leading City firm this could be the right opportunity for you.

You will be joining a core and growing team within the firm, and will be advising clients on a varied range of commercial and corporate matters. You will need to be able to act on matters independently and as such will need at least 4 years PQE, and have spent that time with a busy Corporate team.

Your main responsibilities will include advising on company share acquisition & disposals, advising on joint venture shareholders' agreements, advising on standard terms and conditions for private companies and advising on various commercial contracts.
