Corporate Paralegal

Our client is a top City firm with an excellent reputation for full service commercial advice and an impressive roster of international blue-chip clients. Our client is looking for an experienced paralegal to assist the corporate team on a permanent contractual basis.

The work will involve KYC (Know Your Client) due diligence, bespoke research and NDAs (non-disclosure agreements). It is incredibly important that the work is performed accurately as any errors would be catastrophic. The individual will also carry out fund work that the fund solicitors perform.

The role is exciting as it will involve working with two to three specific clients which will add depth to a paralegals learning/understanding, as well as some variety by it not being limited to one client. There will also be a mix of tasks when the individual is covering absence in the team/overflow support. There is an international element when dealing with pension funds and private equity houses.

You must have excellent academics (LPC commendation; 2.1; AAB) and at least 12 months experience in a related field. Interpersonal skills are also important. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier City player.
