ROLE: Customer Service Assistant - Conveyancing
LOCATION: Manchester
SALARY: £15,000-£20,000
EMPLOYMENT: Permanent
HOURS: 9-5 (Full Time)

Our client is one of the UK's leading regional law practices. They provide cost-effective, high quality legal services and advice for individuals and businesses. Our client is looking for two Conveyancing Service Assistants to join their Conveyancing Customer Services team.
The role does not require conveyancing experience and is more of a call centre function and therefore customer services and call handling experience is essential.
The main aspects of the role will require you : -
~ To be the primary contact for clients telephone and email enquiries
~ To take client card payments
~ To handle complaints and escalate to the appropriate supervisor
~ To be able to provide updates to clients, estate agents and brokers using the firm's case manager system
To be considered for this position it is important that have telephone customer service experience in a law firm.
You must have excellent customer service skills, including professional and friendly manner. You should have the ability to follow instructions; and work to deadlines. You must have excellent IT skills in relation to Microsoft Office. Candidates must have excellent attention to detail and you should be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and third parties.
