Leading US City based law firm based in stunning offices, is looking to hire a new General Office Assistant to support the London office on a temporary basis. Main duties will include distributing newspapers and magazines, opening and distributing of internal and external post, photocopying documents, coordinating archiving and retrieval, booking and logging couriers, setting up meeting rooms, maintaining stationary stock levels, covering the reception desk in the absence of the receptionist and any other duties as required. A flexible, supportive and co-operative approach to work is a key requirement of the role. Candidates should possess good communication skills with an excellent telephone manner, and have the ability to work well in a team. Previous general office experience is essential for the role, preferably from within a law firm. Standard hours are 10am to 6pm.
