If you are an enthusiastic Corporate Solicitor wishing to join a highly regarded team with a Legal 500 firm, then this opportunity to handle mergers and acquisitions work and to provide general corporate advice could be just what you are looking for.

The successful applicant will enjoy the following:

• Being part of one of an expanding and well-respected team with a real mix of work and clients
• Handling a high calibre corporate caseload to include acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts and management buy-ins, restructuring, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital
• Advising on corporate transactions from large, complex deals involving multiple jurisdictions to sales of SMEs to trade purchases or as part of a MBO
• Acting on behalf of a wide range of clients from owner-managed SMEs and start-ups through to multi-national organisations

It is envisaged that this role would suit an enthusiastic corporate solicitor with at least two years' PQE and relevant corporate experience, however applications from more junior Solicitors will also be considered.
