Excellent opportunity for a Contentious IP Associate with over 1yr PQE to join a leading IP Team in London.
Our client, one of the world's most elite law firms, is renowned for advising on some of the largest IP matters across the globe for some of the world's biggest technology businesses. The IP practice is undergoing significant growth and has recently been instructed on a number of significant and substantial technology patent cases.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academics, IP Litigation experience and preferably a background in technology, electronics and/or physics.
The right candidate will be responsible for drafting Court pleadings, expert evidence and witness statements and as this is a client facing role, you can expect to attend client meetings, liaise with clients and provide written advice.
