Banking and Finance Associate

Banking and Leverage Finance: 2-3 pqe and 4-6 pqe - US Firm - London

This highly successful niche US firm in London is seeking UK qualified strong banking and leveraged finance lawyers with experience gained at a City or leading international firm in the London market. The successful lawyer will be required to work on a range of banking and finance transactions for corporates, sponsors and lenders (including alternative lenders) and across the broad product spectrum. Experience in structured finance, distressed debt and restructuring and/or derivative transactions would be an advantage but not essential.

There will also be opportunities to work with the firm's market leading Project Finance, Energy and M&A groups. You will join a small, close knit team of high quality finance lawyers. This role would suit a lawyer wanting to move away from being one of a large number of Associates in a magic or silver circle firm to this high paying US firm with a sensible work/life balance.
