Commercial - Corporate - Employment - 7-9 pqe - Accountancy Practice - London

Our client is an accountancy practice with an ABS licence who are in growth mode. They are looking to develop their legal services offering with the appointment of a corporate commercial lawyer with 7-9 years pqe either in private practice or in house.

The team provides legal advice to clients on employment, partnerships, corporate and commercial contracts as well as regulated legal services. You will have experience of corporate commercial matters including commercial contracts, outsourcing, IP and data protection to provide a client service offering of employment solutions, HR services and employer services in particular.

The role reports to the head of client legal services and forms a senior element of the team. Location in the South of the UK may be negotiable. This could be a great opportunity for good work-life balance within a commercial/business orientated role.
