CORPORATE PARALEGAL (M&A) - IN-HOUSE - LONDON

A well regarded and growing European insurance business is looking to recruit an experienced Corporate / M&A Paralegal to join their legal and underwriting team.

This Corporate Paralegal role will involve predominantly insurance related Paralegal work, including; drafting, negotiating and preparation of a wide range of contracts, insurance policies, and instructions to counsel, undertaking due diligence and liaising with insurance brokers and internal and external counsel. It will also incorporate more commercial business work including assessing and advising the business on risk and compliance with regards to the business' internal audit protocol.

This opportunity would suit a Corporate / M&A Paralegal who is highly commercial and is looking for an opportunity to progress and develop their career by working alongside very strong senior lawyers.

For this role it is essential that you have a minimum of two years experience in a Corporate / M&A Paralegal role, any experience dealing with insurance focused transactions would be ideal. German language skills would be highly beneficial, but are not essential.
