The firm are seeking to hire an NQ Contentious Trust and Probates Solicitor to join the growing Worthing, West Sussex office.

The Private Client department is one of the fastest growing across the firm; you will deal with a varied caseload; Lack of capacity cases, Fraud and undue influence cases, Subsequent revocation, and Inheritance. You will deal with sometimes more complex assets and wealth. Over the years, the firm has built a particularly strong name in this area of law.

The role…

This role comes with excellent prospects, this firm has no glass ceilings in terms of progression.

• You will be an NQ Contentious Trusts and Probates Solicitor (Seats in Private Client would be ideal but Litigation seat with a bit of contentious probate would certainly suffice). OR an experienced Solicitor with at least 40% of your caseload being Contentious Probate work.
• Contentious Trusts and Probates work should interest you
• This could be the perfect opportunity for someone looking to specialise in this area of law
• This role comes with excellent prospects, if you are not ACTAPS qualified, the firm could one day sponsor you in obtaining this accreditation
• Salary is £35,000 £60,000 dependent on your PQE, plus a very lucrative bonus structure and benefits package
