US Corporate Associate
Our Client, a highly regarded global practice is looking to recruit a US qualified Associate to join their Corporate team.
The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months' experience (which could have been gained during your training contract) of working on corporate transactions in a major national, international, City or equivalent firm. You will possess a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach. You will be a strong team player and be able to communicate effectively.
As a Corporate Associate you will be have the chance work with well-established and highly regarded client’s on a number of matters. These matters include;
- mergers & acquisitions
- capital markets – both debt and equity
- securities
A proven history of transactional work and working to deadlines is essential.
