Due to an increase in work levels, they are seeking an additional solicitor who has a keen interest in developing their career in a department known for its cutting-edge work in open source, cloud computing and communications and software technology.

You will manage a caseload encompassing privacy and data protection, web Terms and Conditions, development agreements, cloud computing, channel-to-market, non-contentious IP licensing and general commercial contracts with an exposure to cross-border work. The client base ranges from start ups to NYSE-listed multinationals.
