IP/IT/Commercial Associate

This popular mid-sized London firm has a lively commercial practice with clients ranging from media companies and sports bodies to banks and universities. They are looking for a bright 3-5 year PQE lawyer with broad experience in Commercial / IP/ IT matters. The main focus of the role will be on general contract (especially IT and outsourcing contracts), intellectual property and data protection so it is essential that you have a solid background and understanding of this non-contentious work.

Applicants should combine high intellectual calibre with a pragmatic and commercial approach to the law. An enthusiasm for team work and an ability to assume responsibility and deal efficiently with a varied and often demanding workload are key requirements. You will enjoy a high degree of client contact and have the opportunity to go on client secondments.
