Commercial Legal Counsel (2-5 PQE)

A leading UK property Management group is looking to appoint a Commercial Legal Counsel to join a busy team in an exciting company that is undergoing a period of business transformation. This fast-paced role will keep you engaged in a broad range of matters and give you the opportunity to be part of a small commercial legal team which will allow you to have a large degree of autonomy and responsibility.

You will be required to provide legal advice in respect to a broad range of general Commercial, IT, IP and Corporate Governance issues. Additionally the candidate shall support and assist with monitoring compliance, dealing with data protection, anti-money laundering and anti-bribery queries. The role will involve working across all levels of the business including customers and executive/senior members of delivering strategic legal approach to commercial and contractual related issues.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Commercial lawyer with solid drafting and negotiating skills and ideally corporate governance experience from either a Private Practice or In-House background. Ideal candidates will have business facing experience within a legal role and a willingness to learn new areas of law.
