Childcare Lawyer required for an initial 6 month period to join a local authority based in Berkshire.
This is a rare opportunity for an individual from a private practice background to gain experience in a well-established, well-respected Local Authority.
Alternatively, this is the perfect role for an experienced childcare lawyer who is looking to join a friendly team and have the added benefit of a flexible work life balance, which Local Authorities often provide.
The ideal childcare / family lawyer will have experience dealing with Public law child care cases and care proceedings and will be able to hit the ground running in this role, with duties that may include:
- ICO's
- ISO's
- EPO's
- Care Orders
- Supervision Orders
This role is for an immediate start, is well served by transport routes and rail networks, and is paying competitive hourly rates. For an excellent candidate our client may be able to accommadate a longer notice period.
