A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a receptionist to join a large established law firm in Birmingham. 

Our client is a full service, leading law firm and is now looking to recruit a receptionist to join its front of house team in Birmingham city centre. You will join a highly supportive, friendly and successful law firm where you will make up a team of three. You will work on a shift pattern basis between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, and your key duties will include, but will not be limited to:
  • Taking incoming calls and directing them to the relevant departments
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Ensuring all meeting rooms are up to scratch and prepared
  • Providing refreshments 
  • Key front of house administrative duties
In order to be considered for this receptionist position based in Birmingham, you must have experience working in a similar position (preferably within a law firm), have a fantastic work ethic and exceptional communication skills, along with a great team working approach.
