Fantastic Partnership role for a commercial property senior associate looking for a step up, or a commercial property partner looking for a new challenge.

You could be joining a Top 100 practice that is really going places and where commercial property is core business and one of the main strategic focal points of the firm. This firm is ambitious, vibrant and its commercial property team is well placed to further grow and develop over the next few years.

On offer is a really outstanding career development opportunity for an ambitious commercial property lawyer to join a highly successful real estate practice which has "weathered the storm" exceptionally well over the last few years and has come out of the downturn with all guns blazing. If you are a partner looking for a new challenge or a frustrated associate who has hit a glass ceiling, then this firm will be a breath of fresh air. Progressive in approach and outlook, this growing regional commercial firm will suit a proactive but grounded lawyer looking for a genuine partnership opportunity.

As an experienced commercial property lawyer with a knack for client management and business development you will be given full autonomy to continue to develop your own reputation in the market alongside the reputation of the team as a whole.

It would be helpful if you were able to bring with you a network of contacts/referrers/potential clients, but in reality you would only need to be self-financing, as the firm has succession planning in mind and there is a strong internal cross-selling culture which will open the door to a strong portfolio of other clients.

One of the strengths of this regional firm is its integrated Bristol/London footprint - this means that if you are currently based in London but looking for a move to Bristol in the medium term, there is the option of being based in the firm's London office for a transition period before coming down to Bristol.

But it's not just about the work, it's also about the culture and this firm has at its heart a genuinely warm, friendly, teamworking ethos which means that its people enjoy going to work and enjoy each other's company - now that's not something you can say about every law firm!
