Purpose of the job:

My client is looking for a candidate to handle primarily the front end of their office. They will be dealing with RTA/Credit hire claims. The ideal candidate will have
experience in this field, applicants without any experience in RTA/Credit hire will not be considered for this position.

Duties and Responsiblities:

Answering the telephone
Liasing with potential vendors
Writing correspondence
Client file handling
Recovering Credit hire invoices
Liasing with solicitors and insurance companies

The Candidate:

You will be working Independently and will be the first point of contact with a number of clients. You will be smartly dressed and have a good telephone manner. You will be able to work closely with the management team and provide feedback on certain tasks that are set to you. Be familiar with Microsoft applications. Training will be provided but the experience is key. The company need a person who is commited reliable and trustworthy.
