Property Paralegal

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Property Paralegal to join a Local Authority based in the East Midlands area on a locum basis.

The ideal candidate will have a background in property law work either from a public sector or private practice. This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone from a private practice background who is looking to get their foot in door within the public sector.

The duties will include;

• Supporting a team of property solicitors
• Preparing and drafting title matters
• Preparation of documents
• Investigation of titles

This role is a full time role for 37 hours per week. For an experienced candidate, there may be the possibility of condensed working hours. The office is also well situated and located only a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station.
