In House - Outsourcing/Commercial Contracts

This is a new role for an IT/Outsourcing/Data Protection Solicitor c 4 - 8 PQE to join an established in house legal team based in the City

THE ROLE

This is an exciting role for a Solicitor looking to join a high profile and vibrant legal department. The post holder will be expected to handle a varied and business facing role with an emphasis on outsourcing and commercial work with an international focus.

As a key member of this in highly regarded in house legal team the post holder will be expected to take early responsibility ion a business facing role advising stakeholders and business teams on commercial and legal matters to include ;-

Drafting, negotiating and managing all legal and commercial work relating to outsourcing and software agreements for the business, in addition to advising on broader services and consultancy projects.

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role, applicants must have relevant technical experience handling international x border contracts, coupled with a city law firm pedigree or similar. Candidates with in house experience would be of particular interest.
