The firm attracts many Lawyers from Magic and Silver circles looking for a high quality of work but wanting to work in more of a relaxed environment and perhaps have a better work-life balance. The firm work with all the large banks and have a Real Estate focus in all the areas they practice across. They have recently attracted two new teams from top City firms; this acquisition has significantly increased workload. The firm now has just over 50 fee earners in total.

The role

The Real Estate Finance department specifically houses Finance and Banking lawyers who are specialists in Real Estate Finance. The firm does not take on Real Estate Lawyers looking to practice Real Estate Finance. This level of expertise has put them ahead of the curve, the quality of work is industry leading. The department acts for; Lenders, Financial Institutions, Funds, Sponsors, Developers, and Borrowers. The department deals with re-financings worth between £30-£600million. You will have real autonomy to meet with clients and get very involved in business development.

You will deal with an exceptional quality of work, working with some of the most prestigious lenders and financial institutions.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Finance Lawyer with between 1-5 years PQE
• You will be based in the City of London
• You will come from a Banking / Finance background
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression
• You should have good exposure and a strong technical knowledge
• You will be dealing with an excellent quality of work, on par, with top City firms
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience, plus a lucrative bonus structure and benefits package.
