South Downs firm seeks an additional Commercial Property Lawyer.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a tenacious Commercial Property Lawyer to join our clients’ thriving practice near the Surrey/Hampshire/West Sussex border. As part of a specialist department, the successful Lawyer will enjoy a diverse and challenging caseload of Real Estate matters including acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties, landlord and tenant, agricultural tenancies, covenants, development work and property finance. Involvement in marketing initiatives will form an essential part of the position. The ideal Lawyer will possess a broad knowledge of property matters, with training in specific areas of practice being provided if necessary.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive from NQ – 5 years’ PQE, with solid experience gained within a reputable Property department.
You must have excellent technical skills with the ability to handle all aspects of a transaction from instruction to post-completion.
Specialist expertise in Commercial and/or Agricultural Property matters would be highly advantageous.
You will work effectively as part of a team and on your own initiative.
You will be commercially aware with first class client care and communication skills across all levels.
Enthusiasm for business development is desirable.
