INDUSTRIAL DISEASE SOLICITOR 0-1 PQE OR LEGAL EXECUTIVE – MANCHESTER
Industrial Disease Solicitor – One of our leading defendant insurance practices is currently looking to hire an NQ industrial disease solicitor with a minimum of 12 months litigated defendant experience. The role will also involve handling a range of work from NIHL to assisting fee earners with higher value mesothelioma work. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to handle litigated NIHL work.

- Previous Experience: A minimum of twelve months litigation experience gained either on training contract or as a paralegal before commencement of training contract.
LITIGATED WORK
The majority of the work undertaken by industrial disease solicitors within the team is litigated. The successful candidate will be encouraged to build their own caseload of NIHL work. However, the role also offers the opportunity to gain exposure to more complex work including mesothelioma / asbestosis-related work. It also offers the chance to ascend to a supervisory capacity where you would be responsible for a small team of more junior fee earners.

The client is looking for candidates who have ideally cut their teeth in a reputable defendant practice and already have a thorough understanding and appreciation of how to run a litigated caseload. SALARY AND BENEFITS
