A rare opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Outbound Call Adviser to work with one of Liverpool city centre’s most well regarded Personal Injury specialist firms. Your new role will see you working in a busy, high volume Personal Injury contact centre. You will be the first point of contact to new and existing clients, and you will be able to quickly adapt to new procedures and have an excellent telephone manner.
The Personal Injury Contact Centre is looking for talented individuals to make outbound calls in order to process the early stages of all new Personal Injury (RTA/ELPL) Claims. You will have the ability to build a strong rapport, and display empathy and understanding to all callers.
You will be given training and support, but ideally you will have 6 months’ previous experience working within a similar environment.
You will be rewarded with a competitive wage, alongside an additional bonus scheme.
