The ideal candidate will be a confident Commercial property solicitor with extensive commercial property experience, and can demonstrate strong technical expertise and excellent relationship building skills. You must have the ability to work as part of a wider team with the ambition to work towards your long term career goals.
The Commercial property team offer advice across a wide range of issues including commercial leases & licenses, sales and purchases, acquisitions and disposals, building contracts and estate management to name a few. The team also offers assistance in Commercial property disputes of all types.
