In-house Paralegal

A Paralegal or Law Graduate is required for an exciting opportunity with an In-house Legal team based in central Birmingham. The role would be perfect for a Paralegal or Law Graduate with 6-12 months experience working in a law firm or In-house team, or potentially a placement whilst studying, who is interested in working at the heart of a global business. Salary is dependent on individual experience.

Working with clients across the UK, EMEA, and Africa, the successful Paralegal will be required to review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and advise on compliance and procurement issues. As part of the small In-house Legal team you will also field legal queries from across the business and, alongside external Solicitors, will advise on litigation, employment law, IP, and real estate matters.
