Working within the Sheffield office, you will join a team of Share Plans Solicitors who advise a wide range of clients on all aspects of share plans and incentives. Liaising with solicitors from across the firm, you will assist on complex transactions involving issues such as tax-advantaged plans, share ownership and executive rewards that require specialist knowledge within this niche area. The appointed Share Plans Lawyer will be given the opportunity to work with the very best national and international clients.

The successful candidate will ideally be NQ to 4 years' PQE in Corporate Law (the firms will consider applications from other levels of experience). In all circumstances, you will be able to demonstrate a particular interest in developing your career as a Share Plans Solicitor, have a confident and commercial approach to your work with strong client facing skills.
