Private Client Legal Executive / Solicitor / Fee Earner

A Boutique Law Firm based on a High Street in a busy and quirky part of SE London is currently looking for a Private Client Fee Earner to join a friendly and busy private client team.

You will have experience of running your own Private Client caseload, along with knowledge of:

·         Administration of Estates

·         Lasting Powers of Attorney

·         Will drafting

·         Court of Protection Applications

·         Providing Inheritance Tax Advice and providing advice in connection with Elderly Client issues

·         Trusts

You will have the personal skills:

·         Able to manage your own caseload of Private Client work

·         A Confident communicator

·         Excellent organisational skills and IT literacy

·         Ability to market departmental services and represent the department at networking events
