A well-established practice is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor in Slough.
THE FIRM
Traditionally established, our client is a full service firm with multiple office locations in the Country. Catering for clients across a wide spectrum, they have enquired a high reputation and are staffed with a dedicated team of Lawyers and support staff working together to provide tailored services to suit individual client needs. They are now looking for a Personal Injury Solicitor with good client care skills in their Slough office, located within easy reach of local amenities and good transport links. THE ROLE
We are now seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join a busy office in Slough on a full time, permanent basis. This is a hands on role that requires a personable person to hit the ground running. This is suited to a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of three years’ experience and solid background in Litigation claims. Handling your own caseload, your matters will include: serious injuries; accidents at work, EL; PL; public place accidents; multi track and; fast track claims. Ideally, you will have previous experience working for a Trade Union firm but is not essential. You will also have excellent client care skills with an interest in the business development and marketing of the department.

THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of three years PQE in a reputable Private Client department;
You must have extensive experience in EL and PL matters acting for claimants;
Litigation experience is essential;
Previous expertise in a Trade Union firm is desirable;
You will be able to handle your caseload under minimum supervisions;
You will have excellent client care skills;
You will have a flair for business development.
