The Role
We are now actively seeking a dedicated NQ Solicitor for our clients busy CQS accredited team in Enfield. With previous experience of residential conveyancing matters, the successful Solicitor will manage a varied caseload of good quality freehold and leasehold transactions under supervision, ensuring a personal and pro-active service at all times. Areas may include: sales and purchases; shared ownership; re-mortgages and; buy to let. Keen to participate in business development initiatives, the successful Solicitor will build and maintain client and professional relationships and promote the services of the department and practice as a whole. The Candidate
You must be a NQ Solicitor with previous Residential Conveyancing experience;
You will be technically proficient and commercially aware;
You will have excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will be IT Literate;
You will have a keen eye for detail and a personable and pro-active approach to your work;
You shall have a desire for professional development.
