In-House Legal Counsel

We are currently working with a well-known British retailer to find an in-house lawyer to join their growing legal team and focus on a broad range of corporate legal matters. Specifically, this individual will provide quality legal advice to the business on M&A, joint venture and shared equity transactions. Aside from this, the successful lawyer will be required to advise on banking and financing arrangements, advising on commercial matters and providing assistance to the business on an array of ad-hoc legal queries.

This position will suit a lawyer with between 2-5 PQE gained in a leading law firm or another in-house legal team. You will be skilled in building effective relationships with stakeholders, have good commercial acumen and a passion for working with a rapidly evolving business.
