In-House Paralegal - An International company with offices in Birmingham is seeking an in-house commercial paralegal to join them in-house assisting the legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded business, working as part of a close knit and friendly team. Day to day, you will be handling a range of commercial matters, making this is a great chance to gain exposure to a wide variety of commercial work.

The Role

• In-house position offering a mixed non-contentious caseload, due to company growth.
• Day to day responsibilities will see you drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements, as well as assisting on litigation matters.
• Working closely with the legal manager.
• To start on short notice.

The Candidate

• Ideal for candidates with commercial experience, who are looking for a role where they can develop their career in-house, although this wouldn't include a training contract.
• Able to handle a variety commercial matters such as sale and purchase, and health and safety agreements, as well as assist on litigation matters such as personal injury claims.
• Available to start on short notice.
