Commercial Property Solicitor

We are instructed to recruit a commercial property solicitor to undertake commercial property work in the healthcare sector.

This role arises in a boutique commercial healthcare focused law practice, situated in Surrey.

This is to manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters. This includes all aspects of leasehold and freehold property. Cases will vary from complex new surgery developments, sale and leasebacks to more straightforward declarations of trust, leasehold assignments and intra-partnership conveyances.

The ideal candidate will have been four and eight years relevant post qualification experience. Commercial property solicitors working in other areas who wish to specialise in healthcare work will be considered.
