Conveyancing Legal Executive
A new opportunity has arisen at an established, friendly firm in Esher for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive.
The position is to take over from someone in the team who is relocating. The work is HNW sales and purchases in the private estates of Esher, Walton, and Weybridge, with average transactions £500,000 +.
Ideal candidates will be able to manage their own caseload, which is currently at approximately 40 files including, lease extensions, freehold enfranchisement transactions, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
