Hays are currently working in partnership with a large public sector organisation seeking an experienced Solicitor/ Legal Executive with commercial property experience to join their dynamic team on a part-time temporary basis.

Your new role
Working in a legal team of a large organisation you will:

• deal with all commercial property matters
• provide landlord and tenant advice
• draft/negotiate/renew contracts, leases and agreements

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will be a UK qualified Solicitor/ Legal Executive wit ha valid practising certificate. Moreover, you will have strong, working experience in all commercial property matters and be a confident negotiator. You will also have sound experience in drafting leases. contracts and agreements. Lastly, you will be immediately available or available on a short notice due to the nature of the assignment.
