This firm has a significant presence throughout a number of regions and is now looking to considerably expand its offering within the Midlands market. It is held in high regard and is well known for providing a transparent and supportive culture which is a world away from a corporate function.

The timing of this opportunity is perfect for an ambitious, career focused real estate lawyer as the Birmingham team is growing quickly. It currently comprises 2 Partners, 1 Senior Associate, 1 Associate and 2 Solicitors and it looking to add a further solicitor to its ranks. The practice is open to hearing from solicitors from NQ level right through to 4 years' PQE so there is scope to gain significant experience quickly with a view to achieving promotion in a relatively short space of time.

You will be involved in high value transactions and provide support to senior members of the team whilst also being able to handle smaller transactions in your own right. The team acts for a broad client base which includes private investment companies, national house builders, major landowners, local authorities and financial institutions so you really will be exposed to top quality work from the outset.
