A well-established and contemporary law firm based in Leicester are now seeking a skilled Commercial Property Lawyer to join their proactive team of professionals within a busy commercial property department. Our client is a successful multi office law firm with a collection of offices distributed throughout the region, well regarded for providing tailored advice to their clients and covering a wide range of legal disciplines with incomparable proficiency.
THE ROLE
The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will support a demanding commercial law department, predominantly undertaking matters including commercial landlord and tenant; freehold and leasehold transactions; residential and business development sites; easements and covenants. The role may also include dealing with sales and purchases; acquisitions; management of portfolios; negotiating terms; buy to let schemes; licences and assignments. The Commercial Property Lawyer will contribute to business development initiatives, therefore, it is essential that you have a keen interest in marketing with ambitious networking skills. THE CANDIDATE
You must be a Legal Executive or Solicitor with 5years plus PQE.
You will have extensive experience in Commercial Property Law.
Ideally, you will be available for an immediate start.
