Wills, Trust and Probate Solicitor 1 PQE +

Your new company
This multi office Wiltshire based firm with an expanding Wills, Trusts and Probate Department requires a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to continue the teams expansion and development.

Your new role
You will be responsible for a full caseload of wills, probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts and administration of estates matters and be able to drive the business forward. You will be an important member of the department and play a valuable role in future strategy; this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge and really progress your career. This role can be based in either Trowbridge, Chippenham or Devizes.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be STEP qualified or striving towards this but the firm is committed to supporting team members aspiring to full membership. As well as technical expertise, your client facing skills will be in great demand in this role.
