Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive

A firmly established high street practice is undergoing a period of expansion following a successful merger and is now growing its Residential Property Team so is seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive.

This role is based at the firms' office in the historic market town of Tamworth which is within easy reach of a host of transport links and is commutable from Birmingham, Lichfield, Coventry and Nuneaton.

The firm currently has 15 solicitors at the practice and is renowned locally as a strong player in the market, offering specialist advice across the full spectrum of disciplines, so it is very much a traditional practice that takes pride in serving the local community.

The firm is keen to speak with either a solicitor or a legal executive with a minimum of 4 years' experience of dealing with a broad remit of residential conveyancing cases. The role itself will entail dealing with sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, first registrations, transfers of equity and general land transactions. In addition, you will also deal with some HNW properties as well as more technical transactions.

The practice is offering a competitive salary and benefits package and also provides free on site parking. The environment is relaxed and the firm promotes an active social scene with regular team lunches and evenings out. You will also operate with significant autonomy and be able to build the Tamworth offering as you see fit. As well as this, the firm not only shuts down between Christmas and New Year, it also closes on the Tuesdays after Bank Holiday Mondays thereby guaranteeing you an extended Bank Holiday Weekend break!
