We are currently working with a full service firm in Warwickshire seeking an experienced Career Paralegal or CILEx Chartered Legal Executive committed to a career in either Residential Conveyancing, Housing & Development or Plot Sales.
About the Plot Sales Executive - Paralegal role
In this Plot Sales Executive - Paralegal role you will be be based in the Warwickshire based Plot Sales team managing matters for both Registered Providers of affordable housing and private developers
Key responsibilities:
- Working on a large volume of transactions on behalf of developers
- Managing the sale of plots; freehold, leasehold and shared ownership
- Supporting senior Solicitors and Partners on various project matters
As the Plot Sales Executive - Paralegal or CILEx you will be experienced, and confident with excellent client care and implementation of property transactions from beginning to end. You will also have a confident manner, strong organisational skills and must be able to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
