Senior Legal Adviser - IT/Outsourcing

OUR CLIENT

We have an exciting new in house role for an IT/outsourcing lawyer c 4-5 PQE to join an established in house legal department of an international market leader in the IT services sector

THE ROLE

As a member of an established, fast growing legal division, you will be expected to manage a varied international cross border workload advising the business on both commercial and legal matters relating to;

IT strategy, negotiating and drafting major outsourcing agreements for private and public sector customers, complex commercial contracts, risk management, Data Protection and TUPE matters.

The post holder will be expected to work alongside the business and will be an ideal role for a Solicitor looking for a varied and rewarding in house role

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this exciting in house role applicants must have experience of managing IT/outsourcing contacts ideally gained from an in house legal environment. Candidates with Data Protection experience would be of particular interest for this role..

The role is based in Hertfordshire - commutable from London, applicants may be able to work 2 days per week out of the London office.
