Law Costs Draftsperson

Our client is a top tier, international law firm operating from offices across the UK and overseas and is now looking to recruit an additional law costs draftsperson to join their Birmingham city centre office. You will join a highly skilled team of up to 30 individuals ranging from partner level to qualified and non-qualified staff. 

You will join a team where you will handle a full range of costs related matters, ranging from small level to high profile cases. Your key duties will include, but will not be limited to;

• Handling a caseload of costs challenges and costs recoveries 
• Achieving a minimum annual target of 1440 annual chargeable hours
• Hitting, maintaining and applying a consistent approach to targets
• Acting as an initial point of contact for clients

In order to be successful for this law costs draftsperson position based in Birmingham city centre, you must have previous experience working within a similar role and department handling defendant costs related matters, experience handling your own caseload, possess excellent communication skills and have a great work ethic.
