A leading law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their office in Greater Manchester.
They are a traditional Law Firm with a modern twist and take pride in looking after their staff.
In this role you will be assisting on a caseload of Commercial Property dealing with house building developers and plot sales matters on behalf of Property Developers & Investors.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months previous experience working within Commercial Property as a Paralegal and be comfortable working under minimal supervision with Plot sales experience advantageous. Additionally you will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters in an easy to understand manner.
Salary is competitive but dependant on experience
