Property Lawyer required for a CQS accredited firm in the Chichester area.

THE ROLE
We are now seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join our client’s busy team in the Chichester area. The role is ideal for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of three years PQE within a similar department. You will manage a diverse caseload working well to meet tight deadlines. With a solid background in Residential Property work, you will undertake duties to include: freehold and leasehold transactions; mortgage and re-mortgages; transfers of equity; investigating titles; shared ownership; new builds; buy to lets; sales and purchases and; some commercial conveyancing work. A hands on role, the successful Lawyer will be able to produce a minimum of 1100 chargeable recoverable fee earning hours whilst maintaining excellent client services at all times. THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of three years PQE within a Property department;
You must have solid expertise in Residential Property work;
You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
You will be client focused working well to meet tight deadlines;
You will be able to achieve billing targets;
Supervisory experience is advantageous;
You will be actively involved in the business development of the firm;
You will have good organisational skills.
