Corporate Senior Associate
The full-service corporate team of a leading City firm are in need of a Senior Associate to join them and play a key part within the practice. You will work with a wide range of clients on multi-jurisdictional share and asset sales and purchases.
You will operate directly alongside leading Partners in the market, assisting with the management of junior colleagues and the development of the practice. With a wide range of clients, your focus will vary between M&A transactions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and IPO's.
The firm have long standing relationships with high profile clients including; JD Sports, BT, Investec, Adidas, Guardian Media Groups, Sainsburys, British Airways.
To be considered, you must;
- Have 5+ years PQE in a recognised Corporate team
- Be a confident business developer
- Have a strong grounding in company law and corporate transactional work
