This is a really exciting opportunity to join a global pharmaceutical business as a Legal Associate on a permanent basis in their office in Cambridge.
You will join an established team within a fun, fast-paced business and provide legal support to the team and wider business.
Key responsibilities of the role include;
*Drafting and negotiating a broad range of contracts to include confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements, consultancy, sponsorship and funding agreements, and agreements for the purchase of goods & services.
*Developing and maintaining contract templates and standard operating procedures.
*Reviewing and approving sales & marketing materials and advising on associated risk.
*Providing support on wider legal issues to include employment, IP, data protection, competition law and litigation.
You will ideally have a minimum of 12 months practical legal experience either in-house or from private practice. Prior experience within the life sciences industry or a particular interest in this area are highly desirable. You will have existing contract law knowledge gained, for example, from a law degree, LPC, or ILEX exams.
